About the teacher

Liz Fazzio is married to a DJ with three children. She works as an English and literature teacher in basic and high schools. Affectionate to books and movies, she loves writing about her life and daily funny (or not) episodes. Liz is majored in Modern Language, History, Sociology, post-graduated in English and Literature and she has attended to numerous courses in literature and literacy at Harvard, Wesleyan and London Universities. Her most recent work has been in elementary school children’s literacy in English through tales.

Liz Fazzio é casada com um DJ e mãe de três filhas. Trabalha como professora de inglês na rede de ensino básico público e privado. Apaixonada por livros e filmes, adora escrever sobre sua vida e as coisas engraçadas (ou não) do cotidiano. Liz é graduada em Letras, História e Sociologia, com pós-graduação em Língua Inglesa e Literatura, além de participar de inúmeros cursos sobre literatura e letramento nas Universidades de Harvard, Wesleyan e Londres. Seu mais recente trabalho inclui o letramento de crianças do ensino fundamental em inglês através dos contos.

A beautiful baby is born

I started going to school to learn Portuguese 

I was 2 years old, but I remember being absent from kindergarten most of the time.

1999

I graduated from High School

Colégio Singular, São Bernardo do Campo, SP.

2003

I majored in Math.

Metodista University, SP, Brazil

I went to Literature College

A college program in Ottawa, Canada.

2004

I started my career as an English teacher

And I used to hate it with all my efforts.

I met my husband

We used to talk through MSN

2012

I got married to the DJ

It was a sunny beautiful summer day! =)

My first baby is born

The moment I had two ways to go, but a unique one to choose.

My second baby is born

And Covid pandemic burst!!!

My third baby is born

And enough! No more babies, please!
